Lee Penny Baker teaches watermedia painting and drawing at The Studio School. She holds a BS in Education from The University of Texas at El Paso. Long an educator and artist she has been teaching painting and crafts since 1977. She has studied and exhibited art In Germany and Austria and currently exhibits in several galleries in the area.
