Gina Louthian-Stanley
Gina Louthian-Stanley is a professional artist and teacher living in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. While Louthian-Stanley received formal art training, her self-explorative approaches to various mediums have produced her most distinctive results. She is known foremost for her work with encaustic medium, cold wax and oil, and printmaking, but is also accomplished in painting, drawing, collage, water media, and in other various media. She shares her artistic knowledge by teaching children and adults. Gina is licensed to teach Art Pre-K through 12 by the State of Virginia and has taught in the school system for 18years. She teaches individuals and groups, such as home-schooled students. She has been published, received many artistic honors and awards, and has works in corporate and private collections locally, nationally, and internationally.
